By day, I spend my time combining the powers of content strategy and UX writing to create valuable and delightful user experiences. I thrive on collaboration – you can almost always catch me in a jam with UX/UI designers, product managers, and research partners.

Rocket Mortgage Dashboard

I was part of the team that built and launched the Rocket Dashboard – a digital experience allowing clients with multiple Rocket products to see their holistic financial picture and guide them toward the next best step.

Rocket Mortgage Welcome Experience

Launching the Rocket Dashboard meant reimagining the client onboarding experience. Working closely with my UX/UI design partner, I helped create an experience teaching clients how to make the most of their new digital space.

IPAC Chat Experience

Using content design and conversational design, I created an end-to-end flow to collect a client’s income, property, asset, and credit information within Rocket’s chatbot experience.
